Our Story

How it started

Our journey has been anything but ordinary. Through every faithful step, we've seen what happens when physical community meets spiritual purpose and it changes everything. Rooted in 1 Timothy 4:8, we've always believed that physical training is good, but spiritual training lasts for eternity. That conviction is what Get Strong Ministries was built on.

where we’ve been

From a single gym to a global mission, Get Strong has grown into a movement we could have never built on our own. What started as one coach leveraging trust and community has expanded into a network of faith-driven gym owners and coaches across the United States, a CrossFit gym and thriving church plant in Nicaragua, and monthly mission teams connecting people across borders and cultures. Every step of growth has been a testament to what God can do when people say yes to using their influence for something greater.

In 2026, that mission took another leap forward with the acquisition of Mayhem Faith, expanding our reach, our team, and our commitment to getting Jesus into every CrossFit gym across the world. The movement is growing and there has never been a better time to be a part of it.

Where we’re going

Scripture tells us that a small seed can move mountains, and we've seen it. What began as one coach, one gym, and one conviction has grown into something far greater than we ever imagined. From a single gym to churches planted in Nicaragua, a US-wide network of faith-driven coaches, and now expanding through Mayhem Faith, every step has been intentional and Spirit-led. We don't take credit for any of it. This is what happens when you say yes to God and watch Him do what only He can do. We're proud of where we've been and even more excited for what's ahead. The fields are wide open and we are just getting started. If you're a gym owner, a coach, or an athlete with influence, there's a place for you in this mission. We want to equip you, walk with you, and connect you with a global community of people doing the same thing all over the world. You don't have to figure it out alone. You just have to say yes.
